Forehead Thermometer Tester, EQ series of BosesiLAB, which is mainly applied in calibrating infrared forehead thermometer, infrared ear thermometer and some other non-contact infrared human body temperature measuring instruments. This type of tester can be regarded as a temperature calibration instrument combined with high-precision automatic digital display, lots of advantages can be found in this equipment such as stable temperature, good performance, medium uniformity, high accuracy of temperature control, lower noise, high reliability and long service life, etc. The control mode of PID is also applicated in this device to achieve high accuracy, compact structure, convenient operation and intuitive readings.
he forehead - ear thermometer tester developed by BosesiLAB is preferentially applied by the producer, metrological service provider or health department of non-contact infrared human body temperature measuring devices. This device is designed according to the JJG 865-2015 verification regulation of working radiation thermometer, US ASTME1965 and EU EN12470-5 international standard.
Technical Features:
●Fully enclosed environmental-friendly compressor refrigeration system, CFC is not included.
●Temperature Range: -5~70℃(pure water shall be selected for the calibration of non-contact infrared human body temperature measuring devices).
●Test blackbody devices≥0.998.
●Non-heat centrifugal circulating pump is applied in the inner circulation system in order to prevent the temperature of pumps being affected by the spontaneous heat production. The inner circulation system is designed according to the principle of porous U-type reflux circulation to achieve the turbulence and high uniformity of flow and temperature in the pump.
●The body shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic spray technology, and the tank and surface are made of high-quality S304 brushed stainless steel. It can be found clean, beautiful and corrosion resistant.
●It adopts XMT analog digital PID automatic control system and temperature liquid crystal display.
●The PID automatic control system combined with XMT analog digital program is also introduced, the temperature will be displayed on LCD screen.
●Exquisite workmanship of front panel and surface, combined with the design of unique and humanized R fillet structure, all contribute to prevent the operator from being accidentally hurt by edges and corners.

It can also be used in the first class and second-class standard mercury thermometers, Beckman thermometers and industrial platinum thermistor by the metrology department.
