2. Do not turn on the power switch before filling the CO2 tank with water, otherwise the heating element will be damaged.

3. After running for several months, the water in the tank may be reduced due to volatilization, and water should be added in time.

4. The CO2 incubator can be used as a high precision constant temperature incubator, when the CO2 control system must be turned off.

5. The hot and humid environment inside the box is easy to breed bacteria. You can add 2ML bromogeramine solution in 1000ml water, sterilize the air inside the box with alcohol and ultraviolet ray regularly, wipe the culture alcohol into the box, reduce the breeding speed of microorganisms inside the box.

6. When the temperature exceeds the set temperature by 1 °C, the over-temperature alarm light will come on and give a sharp alarm sound. The power should be turned off for 30 minutes. If the power (temperature control) switch is turned on again and the temperature is still over, the power should be turned off and reported to the maintenance personnel, and use air conditioning to lower ambient temperatures. 7. Minimize the time it takes to open the glass door. The CO2 control switch should be turned off before opening the inner door of the CO2 incubator.

8. If the CO2 incubator is not used for a long time, it needs to clear the water in the studio before closing. Open the glass door and ventilate for 24 hours before closing. When the machine is in use or not used for a long time, it should be checked for contamination before formal cultivation.

9. The water in the incubator must be drained before it is moved. Before handling, should take out the shelf and humidifying tray in the workroom, prevent collision damage glass door. Do Not invert the incubator while handling, and do not lift the door to avoid damage to the door. Kill.
